Who will save the republican movement that is eating factions in the political sea due to factionalism?

Instead of creating new factions and being killers of the Republican movement, unite and become guards!

Hemant Ranpise

Republican and Bahujan have become two buzzwords on the political scene of Maharashtra. The OBC community, which is waking up with political and social transformational thinking, is organizing itself under the name Bahujan. The Ambedkari group, however, seems to be in love with the republican concept. The reason is the same. The great man Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar wrote an open letter to the people of India and introduced the concept of the Republican Party of India. The real constitution maker Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's concept of republicanism, Ambedkrites people have supported the republican concept with unwavering love for the last 66 years. Considered Republican.

The Bahujan Samaj Party got success in Uttar Pradesh due to the efforts of late honorable Kanshi Ram. Compared to that, Bahujan Samaj Party did not get success in Maharashtra. One of the reasons for this is that the BSP is a party from UP and the Bahujan concept has not gained strength here as the Ambedkrite people have accepted the Republicans as their party in Maharashtra. The challenge of the Bahujan concept has not survived in front of the Republican concept. No matter how many groups there are in the Republican movement, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's party was centered around the Republican factions and adopted the blue flag as its flag. Therefore, a definite voting power of the Republican Party was created in Maharashtra. The republican movement has become the kingmaker in Maharashtra as it has a vivid history of winning power in favor of the republican vote in the state.

The great man Legacy of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's Republican Movement N Shivraj; Karmaveer Dadasaheb Gaikwad; B C Kamble; Barrister Rajabhau Khobragade; R. D. Warehouses; Dadasaheb Rupate then Res. Ms. Gawai; In the next generation, Union Minister of State no. Remembered Ramdas; It has been run by MLA Jogendra Kawade and other leaders.
Prakash Ambedkar started Bharip with brief mention of Republican Party of India and started Bharip Bahujan Mahasangh party giving importance to the nomination of Bahujan Mahasangh. After that recently the same party was dissolved and a new party Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi was formed. In this year's Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha elections, Union Minister of State Ramdas Athawale and Adv. Ambedkari people's politics revolved around two leaders, Prakash Ambedkar. In fact, Prakash Ambedkar and Ramdas Athawale are the two prominent leaders who have dominated the Republican movement in Maharashtra for the past four decades. No other leader could stand in the Ambedkari movement in his competition. This is a fact. There are many Republican factions within the Republican movement. The main leader of the group came to be known as the group of Republicans. Late Res. Gavai had a registered repo party. However, the Gavai group was the identity of his party in the society. After the dissolution of the Indian Dalit Panthers, the Republican Party led by Ramdas Athawale from 1990 remained the recognized party of the society as the Athawale group. On the other hand Prakash Ambedkar's Bharip came to be known as Prakash Ambedkar's group in society. Therefore, the fact that groups of Republicans stood up in the name of leaders cannot be denied. The great man Dr. Every group started claiming that Babasaheb Ambedkar's party is my own republican party. With the flow of time these Republican factions continued to decline. Only Ramdas remembered the rest; Prakash Ambedkar's group. In it, Prakash Ambedkar announced the dissolution of his Republican Party of India in the wake of the Lok Sabha Elections 2019 this year. Therefore, the legacy of the Republican Party of the great man Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar has come to the Union Minister of State Ramdas Athawale. Dr. Ramdas Athawale took up the unbroken blue flag according to the original Republican concept from the beginning. Babasaheb Ambedkar has worked day and night to realize the Republican Party of his dream. Regardless of heat, wind, rain, storm; Despite the lack of resources, Ramdas Athawale carried the blue flag of the Republican Party across the country. In the year 2016, he undertook the Bharat Bhima Yatra from Kanyakumari to Bhima Janmabhoomi Mahu (Madhya Pradesh) across India under Jati Todo Samaj Jodo Samata Abhiyan. In that Bharatbhim Yatra, I myself traveled all over India with the people's leader Ramdas Athawale. At that time I myself have experienced that Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana as well as the whole of South India, West Bengal, Orissa, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Kashmir, Chandigarh, Punjab, Rajasthan and not so much in the whole of North India. The Republican Party, which has never reached North East India before, under the leadership of Ramdas Athawale, has for the first time formed a Republican Party organization in the states of Assam, Manipur, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Himachal Pradesh. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's republican party and bringing the blue flag to the whole of India, Ramdas Athawale has contributed significantly to the Ambedkari movement. Dr. Ramdas Athawale, who toiled round the clock across the country to realize Babasaheb Ambedkar's dream Republican Party, has got the fruits of his labor. Ramdas Athawale has been the cabinet minister of social welfare department along with transport and liquor ban in Maharashtra.

Mohanlal Patil is an activist working for the Ambedkari movement in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, from the Indian Dalit Panthers under the leadership of Ramdas Athawale. After the Republican merger in 1998, four members of the Republican Party were elected to the Lok Sabha under the banner of Ugta Surya. Ramdas Athavale from Dadar, Dharavi, South Central Lok Sabha Constituency in Mumbai was elected to Lok Sabha on the target of Ugta Surya. Then in 1999, after the split between Congress and Nationalist Congress, Ramdas Athawale was elected as an independent Member of Parliament from Pandharpur Lok Sabha constituency on Khatara Nishan. At that time, due to the breakdown of Republican unity, when Ramdas Athavale approached the Election Commissioner for the registration of the new Republican Party RPI A, he was told that he could not hold the post of National President of the political party as an independent MP had been elected. Hence, Mohanlal Patil, who had been a loyal colleague since the Panther movement, registered the party RPI A. Then in the 2004 Lok Sabha elections, Ramdas Athawale was elected as MP from Pandharpur Lok Sabha constituency on the AB form of the party registered by RPI A Mohanla Patil.

During that time, the original Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's Republican Party was registered by late leader R.S. Gavai had. It was Ramdas Athawale's determination to run the original Ripa together with Gavai. So Ramdas Athawale did not think of registering a new Republican Party. Meanwhile, Mohanlal Patil, one of his trusted workers, registered the party Ripe A in the year 2004. Mohanlal Patil and Ramdas Athawale and Ramdas Athawale's supporters leaders in Maharashtra decided to inform the election commissioner about the change report that Ramdas Athawale was elected as the national president of that party. That is why Ramdas Athawale as the National President of Repine A started being mentioned everywhere in written form. Under the leadership of Ramdas Athawale, RIPA began to grow all over the country.

The Ripis under the leadership of Ramdas Athawale came to be known as the Athavale group of Ripis in Maharashtra and in the country. Actually Ripe A was registered with the Election Commission under the name Ripe (Ambedkar) and all the rights of this Ripe Ambedkar party were held by Mohanlal Patil. Also the head office of this party was in Bhopal. Mohanlal Patil and supporters of Ripa Athawale discussed this with Mohanlal Patil several times. Instead of keeping the head office of RIP in Bhopal, it should be shifted to Mumbai and a change report should be sent to the Election Commission in the name of Ramdas Athawale as the national president of the party. But Mohanlal Patil was not ready to shift the head office of Repine A from Bhopal to Mumbai. Also, since all the rights of that party are with Mohanlal Patil, Ramdas Athawale registered the Republican Party under the name Ripi Athawale due to the demand of Ramdas Athawale's supporters in Maharashtra. Dr. As Ramdas Athawale was running the Republican Party based on Babasaheb Ambedkar's concept, Mohanlal Patil should have kept his party and worked in Athawale's leadership. But now the republican group of Mohanlal Patil under the name Rip Ambedkar and the republican group of Ramdas Athavale named Rip Athawale have split into two.

Ramdas Athawale is moving ahead with the Republican Party following Babasaheb's concept. To overcome technical difficulties, they have registered as Republican Party of India (Remembered). However, the Republican Party of Ramdas Athawale has long been known as the Ripe Athawale group. Ramdas Athawale and the Republican Party have become an equation. Ramdas has been remembered as the face of the Republican movement throughout the country.

Ramdas Athawale has been competing with Prakash Ambedkar in the race of Republican groups for years. Actually Dr. Ramdas Athawale and his supporters never wavered when Prakash Ambedkar's grandson Prakash Ambedkar, the blood grandson of Babasaheb Ambedkar, was challenged by Ramdas Athawale. On the contrary, Ramdas Athawale has become a national leader who has gone far ahead of the race of the Republican faction by winning a place of honor in the Union Cabinet. The pride of the blue flag and the honor of the Republican Party will be safe in their hands. To increase the honor of the Republican Party and the blue flag across the country, there is no other viable option for the Republican movement except Ramdas Athawale. Dr. Prakash Ambedkar rejected the republican concept and republican unity. There is no doubt that Babasaheb Ambedkar's legacy of republicanism will be ably carried on by Ramdas Athawale, the champion of republican unity. For that, the Republican youth should strengthen the Republican unity rather than run the new Republican factions that are formed every day. Be a champion of Republican unity to protect the Republican movement from factionalism. Don't be assassins of the Republican movement by creating new factions every day, but be guardians of Republican unity.
