Dr Amit Kamle, an eminent personality in the gospel music industry launched his new single ‘Mere Papa’ today, 16th September. It is a very special and unique composition dedicated to his father, Dr Deepak Kamle, on the occasion of the glorious celebration of his 66th birthday, today. ‘Mere Papa’ is a collaboration between Dr.Amit Kamle, noted Gospel Music Director and Founder of Glorify Christ, and the legendary singer, SP Balasubrahmanyam. The song is written and composed by Dr Amit Kamle himself and sung by the vocal genius SPB.
“I am honoured that SPB sir sang my composition and added so much love and emotion to my song. I am a huge fan of SPB sir, and very excited about the launch. ‘Mere Papa’ is a token of gratitude and indebtedness from my side for my father – Dr.Deepak Kamle”, said Dr Amit Kamle.
Shot at the iconic Wanless Hospital in Miraj, the father and son duo will be seen sharing the screen for the first time. A beautiful melody, a heartfelt song, ‘Mere Papa’ is sure to tug at all the heartstrings of the listeners.
Dr Amit Kamle has yet another incredible surprise. To make his father’s birthday even more memorable, he also released an autobiography of Dr Deepak Kamle, titled ‘Jaydeep’, which was virtually launched by veteran playback singer Usha Mangeshkarji. This title was exclusively chosen for the book, as it is an infusion of the names of his parents – Jaya and Deepak. In the book, penned in Marathi, Dr Deepak Kamle narrates stories from his childhood, his school days, medical college until becoming the Director of Wanless Hospital in Miraj, bringing out the golden persona that he is.
The Founder of Glorify Christ also extends his gratitude to Pornima (his wife) and Adwita (his daughter) for their support.
Both the album and the book are sure to be a success. While many will identify with the father-son relationship depicted in the song, ‘Mere Papa’, the book too will be an inspiration to the readers, and will find a place on many a bookshelf!
