ida hosts an ‘Anti Tobacco Awareness Campaign’

Hyderabad – ida (Indian Dental Association), Deccan branch organised an ‘Anti Tobacco Signature & Public Awareness Campaign‘, on the eve of World No Tobacco Day, at the Ameerpet Junction Metro Rail station, today between 8.00 am and 12 noon.

Dentists from ida Deccan branch, educated and motivated metro commuters and general public, on the health hazards associated with tobacco usage and requested them to desist from usage of tobacco in any form. They used flex boards, placards, posters to reach the message to a wider audience. The public also appended their signature on a large banner in support of the Anti tobacco campaign.
