Pune - Wellington College International Pune (WCI Pune) has become a member of Council of British International Schools (COBIS) in two years. This prestigious international recognition was achieved after intensive monitoring by members of the British International Schools Council, who visited the Pune campus in December 2024. They were awarded for successfully completing the quality process and providing high quality British punishment with a five-year subscription. The partnership between Wellington College International, Pune and the renowned Wellington College of the United Kingdom (UK) is an important element of this membership approval in providing an excellent educational experience in Pune.
WCI Pune recently had the honor of hosting prominent dignitaries from Wellington College UK. Anna Romero, Head of Sustainability at Wellington College, and Mark Milliken-Smith, Governor of Wellington College UK, along with his wife Sibella Smith, came to campus to interact with students, teachers and parents.
The dignitaries in attendance had the opportunity to meet parent members of Friends of Wellington, discuss the values of Wellington and receive valuable feedback from the school community. Way
