Ramesh Vishwakumar, who survived the accident, has described the incident. He said that thirty seconds after our plane took off, there was a loud noise, and within a few seconds, the plane crashed. He said that when he regained consciousness, many bodies were lying around him. He said, "I was very scared. I started running around, and there were pieces of the plane scattered around. At that moment, someone caught me and took me to the hospital." Ramesh said that he was a British citizen. He had come to India to meet his family.
