DCM Devendra Fadnavis Wishes Happy Ganeshotsav, Takes Veiled Dig at MVA Leaders
Mumbai - Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis wished the people of Maharashtra a Happy Ganeshotsav, praying for happiness, health, and wisdom for all. Interacting with the media, Fadnavis said, "Many people need common sense, but I won't take names. I'm praying to Lord Ganesha to grant wisdom to all."
Fadnavis' statement is seen as a veiled attack on the leaders of the Mahavikas Aghadi, the opposition alliance in Maharashtra. When asked about the upcoming elections, Fadnavis said, "Lord Ganesha knows who can make Maharashtra progress. The citizens of Maharashtra who believe in Him have seen it. I'm confident of receiving His blessings."
