In its 2nd year, the glittering finale of ‘Mrs West India – Empress of West India 2019’ – Season 2, held at the HYATT Pune on 21st April’19 truly enhanced lives of all 32 Finalists. These ladies who were auditioned across the States of Maharastra, Gujarat and Goa, displayed tales of valour and courage. This platform elevated ordinary women onto the big stage – Women Empowerment in it’s true sense.
They were expertly groomed for five days, in different aspects of the pageant – Introduction, Voice Modulation, Stage Presence, Q&A, Ramp Walk – all of which were enhanced, under the expert guidance of Karl & Anjana Mascarenhas of DIVA Pageants.
Mahek Chahal (actress), Nayana Dixit (actress), Shibani Kashyap (singer), Rraj Kaushal (Director), Sumit Kumar (GM, Hyatt Pune), Vivek Mendonsa (Lawrence & Mayo), Mona Borse (Queen of the World 2019), Namrata Dube (Mrs West India 2018) were the eminent judges for the evening.
Kunda Shinde (Nashik), Manju Nankani (Pune), Preeti Deshmukh (Nagpur) & Prachi Mhatre (Mumbai)
Popular TV actor, Aman Yatan Verma wowed the audience as he anchored the grand show with style and panache. Shibani Kashyap enthralled the audience crooning her popular numbers, as the past DIVAs danced away.
The finalists showcased their impeccable grooming, carrying themselves with confidence and grace, towards winning the crowns. The distinguished judges surely had a tough time in zeroing in the 6 best amongst the 16 semi-finalists, from the two categories – Silver (age 20 to 36) and Gold (37 and above).

Queen of Pune – Manju Nankani
The winners walked home with their gorgeous crowns, cash prizes & gifts from Modasutra, Lawrence & Mayo, The Tarot Lady, Skinworks & Royal Organic.
A truly stupendous evening that exemplified the DIVA catchline : “Dare * Dream * Dazzle”, which turned out to be one of the grandest pageants held in West India!.
