The manifesto of the Nationalist Congress Party (Sharadchandra Pawar) expressed support for the caste census, promised formation of a separate commission for the welfare of farmers, right to apprenticeship, 50 percent reservation for women in jobs. The party says it supports full statehood for Jammu and Kashmir and rejects the idea of 'one nation, one election'.

According to the manifesto titled 'Affidavit', the NCP (SCP) will review and propose changes in the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), National Register of Citizens (NRC), Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) and other such laws which That are not in accordance with constitutional principles. It also mentions that the party advocates empowering state and local governments, reviewing the distribution of powers and implementing constitutional amendments.

Releasing the manifesto, Maharashtra unit president of NCP (SCP) Jayant Patil said, 'We are releasing our manifesto today. Our leaders will raise the issues included in the manifesto in Parliament. Abuse of agencies in 10 years
He further said that issues like misuse of agencies and privatization have increased in the last 10 years. We have already expressed our stand on all these issues. We will reduce the price of LPG gas, petrol and diesel. If we come to power, we will fill the vacancies in government jobs. We will also work on women's reservation. Strict laws will be brought to ensure the safety of women.

The manifesto released in the presence of NCP (SCP) chief and former Union Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar also supports caste census, abolition of Agneepath scheme, security audit for women and strengthening of cyber laws related to them. That the party supports the five 'nyay' (guarantees) of the party mentioned in the Congress manifesto on issues related to farmers, youth, women, laborers and caste census.
