Roraty District 3131 and Art of Living Foundation in association with RSSDI had organised Blood Glocose test to diganose Diabetes. 47 Rotary Clubs of District 3131 has organised testing camps at 63 various locations. This initiative was organised pan India in all the Rotary Districts the aim is do more than 10 lac tests on 29th September to commemorate world heart day, with this it will be a Asia World record.
Rotary District Governor Pankaj Shah and Roraty Medical District Coordinator Mr Shyam Dhumal visited the camp sites while addressing the media persons Rtn Shyam Dhumal said Rotary has always been instrumental in eradicating diseases like Polio, now disease prevention team of Roraty 3131 is actively working towards awareness of Diabetes and related heart ailments said Dr Devidas Bhalerao. Roraty is specifically working for underprivileged people's health and wellness this initiative is a good example of Rotarys Goal of service above self as today we have conducted camps for weaker section of the society like women's self help, members of LGBTQ community and in rural areas also said District Governor Pankaj Shah.
