Ahmedabad accident affects Pune; Two flights delayed!

Pune: Two flights from Pune to Ahmedabad have been affected in the wake of a plane crash at Ahmedabad airport on Thursday afternoon. Due to the closure of Ahmedabad airport for passenger services, these flights from Pune to Ahmedabad were not allowed to fly until 7 pm. Due to this, passengers have had to wait for hours at Pune airport.

Two regular passenger flights departing from Pune airport at 3:50 pm and 5:15 pm to Ahmedabad have been delayed. Both these flights were not allowed to fly due to the temporary ban on passenger flights at Ahmedabad airport. The concerned officials gave preliminary information on the condition of anonymity that all arrival and departure flights have been temporarily changed as the work of relocating the accident plane is underway.

Passengers complain that no clear information has been provided to them due to these delayed services.

Meanwhile, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and the Airport Authority of India are monitoring the incident. The Pune Airport Administration is also trying to provide updated information to passengers. The Pune Airport Administration has informed that the flight will take off from Pune Airport only when a slot is available at Ahmedabad Airport.
