Due to this outbreak every nation is facing challenges on various fronts; it has pushed all of us in economic depression like situation which existed in 1929. Instead of fearing and taking this calamity in negative way let’s look at it as an opportunity in years to come.
Corona has offered the golden opportunity for all of us to be a self reliant. With appropriate measures we will emphasize on indigenous technology for production of goods and services at local level which will give boost to the economy and growth in employment said the Central Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari in a webinar organized by MIT ADT University Pune on Thursday.
He further said, “Today, the world has waged the war against Corona. To win the war, one should adopt utmost optimism and positive approach.
Now at this juncture in order to become atmanirbhar Indian private universities should come forward and provide quality education which will be at par with international Universities. Every year there are lacks of students who leave India for higher studies to various countries; now this pandemic have given us an opportunity to upgrade our selves and retain talent for our nation. India has great tradition of value based education system. It is need of an hour to line up modern education with value based education for holistic development.
The executive president of MIT ADT University Prof. Dr. Mangesh Karad said, “The university has designed the curriculum in such way that both modern education and spirituality achieved simultaneously. Through communication, arts & languages, we are in the process to develop generation of students with holistic approach. Government should adopt the same approach like we did.”
