Leave Israel under any circumstances'; Russia orders its citizens amid Iran-Israel tensions

The conflict between Iran and Israel has reached its peak, and fierce attacks have begun from both sides. Due to this, the Russian Embassy in Tel Aviv has also asked all its Russian citizens to leave Israel. Russian Ambassador Anatoly Viktorov gave this information to the media on Monday during the Iran-Israel conflict.


Russian citizens should travel via Egypt, where they have visa-free entry and can reach Russia directly by plane from there. "The situation is currently very tense and there is a serious threat to the safety of our diplomatic staff and citizens in Israel," he said. He also said that a contingency plan for the mass evacuation of citizens is being implemented if the situation worsens.

Meanwhile, India's embassies in both countries have also been on high alert. The Indian embassy in Tehran said it is in constant touch with Indians living in Iran, including students. Indian embassies in both Israel and Iran have issued helpline numbers. Indian citizens in Iran have also been urged to connect through a Telegram link and advised to avoid non-essential travel and crowded places.


All these developments have their origins in Israel's major attack on Iranian military and nuclear facilities last Thursday, in which senior Iranian military officers and nuclear scientists were killed. In response, Iran has launched heavy attacks on Israel, with officials reporting that at least 24 civilians in Israel and 224 in Iran have been killed so far. Across West Asia, A tense situation has arisen, and embassies of various countries are on alert for the safety of their citizens.
