State Vice President of Maharashtra State Technical Education Department Staff Association Diliparao Kamble informed that the Gazetted Officers Federation has supported the said strike and the Gazetted Officers of the three organizations took a day's community leave on 14th December 2023.
On this occasion, Diliprao Kamble said that the new pension scheme is unfair to the employees and is not in the interest of the employees. Therefore, the government should cancel the new pension scheme as soon as possible and implement the old pension scheme. The battle will continue until a concrete decision is taken regarding the old pension under the guidance of the State Government Employees Central Association. On this occasion, he specially thanked all the old pensioners who joined the strike.
On the morning of 14th December, all officers and employees protested together at the entrance of the three institutes. After that, the employees protested at Tehsildar office Karad.
