Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh are integral parts of India: India knocked on the UN stage

United Nations / News Agency

On the backdrop of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's address at the United Nations, India reiterated that Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh are an integral part of India. The statement made by Pakistan's Prime Minister Imran Khan on Kashmir was met with a resounding response from India.

Supporting terrorism, harboring terrorists, providing them with logistics is a permanent part of Pakistan's policy. The territory illegally seized by Pakistan also belongs to India. Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh were, are and will always be an integral part of India, India insisted.

Sneha Dubey, India's first woman secretary at the United Nations, said today that the Prime Minister of Pakistan has endorsed terrorism. Those who support terrorism globally will not be tolerated. Pakistan is proving itself to be a fire extinguisher. It is actually the one who lit the fire. Minorities in Pakistan are living under the scourge of fear and government-sponsored terror. "Pakistan's face has been exposed to the world as a country that provides arms, training and financial strength to terrorists," she said.

Recorded speech of Imran Khan was heard at the UN General Assembly. He mentioned Kashmir 13 times while talking about peaceful talks with India. He also tried to spread rumors about the funeral of separatist Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Shah Gilani. He also claimed that a solution to the Kashmir dispute is essential for peace in South Asia. He also said that India has a responsibility to create a conducive and credible environment for meaningful dialogue with Pakistan.
