Senior leader Sharad Pawar has interacted with the media. This time he has commented on many political issues. Regarding the alliance contesting the upcoming elections together, Sharad Pawar said, "No decision has been taken yet. Our guess is that the Supreme Court has given a verdict. After this verdict, the elections cannot be postponed. Therefore, the election process will begin in about three months. Our decision has not been made yet. We have not discussed it yet. But our effort is that we, the Congress, the Nationalist Congress Party, the Shiv Sena led by Uddhav Thackeray and other small parties, will all sit together and decide whether we can face the elections together. We will think about this and after taking a final decision, we want to contest the elections together," Sharad Pawar has expressed his opinion.
The most talked about thing in the state is the Mumbai Municipal Corporation elections. The role of MNS will be decisive in Mumbai. MP Sanjay Raut had made a suggestive statement about Raj Thackeray's alliance. There was also talk that the Shinde group was also preparing to take MNS along. After this, Sharad Pawar said about the Mumbai Municipality, "There has been no discussion about Mumbai yet. But in Mumbai, Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena has the most power among us. Therefore, they will have to be considered in it", Sharad Pawar has expressed his clear opinion.
The state government has made Marathi language mandatory in schools of all mediums. So, interested students will be able to take Hindi as a third language. Due to this, a debate has erupted in the state between Hindi and Marathi. Senior leader Sharad Pawar expressed his opinion on this. He said that Hindi should not be compulsory. But hating Hindi is not in the interest of the students, it should only be compulsory. Ultimately, the student should do what he wants. He should take a decision according to the guidance given to him by his parents. This matter cannot be ignored. About 55 to 60 percent of the population of the entire India speaks Hindi. Therefore, it is not right to ignore this language to maintain harmony. But senior leader Sharad Pawar has expressed the opinion that it is not right to force it.
